Full Time UPEI Students purchase a UPASS as part of their annual tuition. This allows you unlimited usage of the T3 Transit network. Simply show your valid student ID to the bus driver upon boarding.

Transit passengers may transfer between the Charlottetown, Cornwall and Stratford routes once they have paid their fare or shown their valid pass. Simply notify your driver of your desire to transfer upon boarding and they will give you a transfer slip.
